Quick And Easy 5-Ingredient Oatmeal Banana Cookies - Future Of Food.

How do baking biscuits ever be quick? You usually have to find a scale, carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the bread to ages, cut out small cookies in your heart, star and moon shapes and then wait the next century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these circumstances. That's just not how I roll up. But then I came across these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Okay, they do not taste exactly like the cookies you receive around Christmas time. Rather they're a bit more gooey and don't crumble in any respect.

However, what mostly convinced me was that you could have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most surprising thing about the biscuits is that they call for just two ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anybody can blend two components.

Though in the event you would like to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That is Your Choice!

It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gont cover me if you eat them), however I must mention one more awesome thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I had had the initial I finished the remainder within one hour.

They're excellent for hiking excursions or other occasions where you need a quick pleasant bite on the go. Now I keep these as a quick bite in my back pack.

It also has to be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the standard cookie supposes. Just oats and peanuts.

Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies.

Take oats such as. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which subsequently helps you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for longer during the day.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate very well)

Optional: Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Two Peas & Their Pod

two tsp cinnamon

1 small number raisins

1 small handful walnuts, crumbled

1 small number sesame seeds, toasted

You can add pretty much anything you like!

If you do not have that make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)

To produce the cookie contour simply grab a spoon and scoop a decent sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did in the photo above. It's super quick and simple.

Off it goes into the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
